We want you to be happy with every purchase from Orizone BD. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return window
You may request a return within 3 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or not as described. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags intact.
Non-returnable items
- Opened or used personal-care and fragrance products (for hygiene reasons), unless faulty.
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery.
How to request a return
Contact us through our contact page with your order reference and a photo of the issue. Our team will guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
As orders are paid by cash on delivery, approved refunds are issued via bKash/Nagad or bank transfer within 7 working days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
